We are trying, as much as possible,
to use our local suppliers, as well as our local raw materials. However, we don't ever compromise with our basic attitude, that our raw materials should be of the highest quality, to create a good experience for our customers. Eg. our salmon is from the Baltic Sea, airdried ham from Skagen, and all our meat from Grambogaard at Fyn.

ABOUT US
Coffee No 1 is your local cafe with delicious raw materials, a friendly atmosphere,
and of course smiley and accommodating staff.
We opened the cafe on November 1, 2021 - and we are so happy that so many locals already have received our delicious sustainable courses so well, that we're already on a first-name basis with most of the customers.
You're both able to sit indoors in our cozy cafe - or use our nice outdoor terrace - and if the sun doesn't manage the
warm-up, you're always welcome to borrow our smart sustainable Sitting Suits (duvet-jacket made from plastic bottles).
We do of course also have terrace heaters at our outdoor terrace if the sun isn't enough.
